AL-RAWSHA : CLASS'S DINNER

Bismillah.

Today, I would like to share about our class's dinner at Al-Rawsha recently. Al-Rawsha is an Arabic-themed restaurant at KL. We opted to dine there with the reference of our Arabic lecturer, Ustaz Razif so that all of us could adjust to Arabic's food when we're in Jordan. I have to say, when we arrived, we were a bit suprised to see a castle-like building, and the interior is very amazing. The place is exceptionally wide with two floors, and full of tables decorated with Arabic style. There's shisha too, I wondered why? We delightedly entered the restaurant, greeted by Arabic waiters in Arabic(our lecturer asked them to speak Arab with us) whilst the music you usually hear in Arabic movies was playing. The dishes were ordered by the boys, I think, with the help of Ustaz Razif. After maghrib, we sat at our table already setted up with scrumptiously looking dishes(almost all of us starve during lunch) and recited du'a. There were chicken with rice and lamb with rice. Since only a few of us love lamb, so many chose chicken. There were also salad with vinegar, meats and yoghurt(please beware of the yoghurt since one of us had stomachache after eating it). The food was delicious, and the price too. After that, we ordered some desserts, like baklava, pistachio and chocolate ice-cream, pistachio cake, cheese cake and custard jannah(...). The services given were excellent, and the facilities such as surau and toilets were top-notch. We concluded our dinner with group photos with classmates(and the waiters?). As for you who are searching for a place to dine, preferably Arabic food, I'll heartily recommend Al-Rawsha. I'll give it 4 stars.(but still, I prefer D'Arab Cafe). Enjoy your trip to Al-Rawsha !

The evil yoghurt which caused stomachache.

Right: Chicken with rice. Left: Lamb with rice.

Heavenly sweets. Exception for custard jannah.

bismillah ..

okay , now still in comp lit class , so i'll try to post as much as i can . and today , i've decided to review on AYAM UNCLE BOB . really , such a delicacy . i've first tasted AYAM UNCLE BOB during my high school years , located near masjid an-naim , dungun . when i heard the price , rm 6.00 ! some of you might think that it is expensive , but the it is reasonable with its taste . although it is incomparable with KFC FRIED CHICKEN , but it can still make you feel bloated . i must say that it is a fast food , with lots of oil and MSG , but have it once a year , or a week . this AYAM
UNCLE BOB is quite famous among my schoolmates , especially during ramadan . it opens from 5 pm till late midnight . the raw chicken is dipped in its flour and fried directly in hot oil . they will spray some orange thing , and cut it to pieces . the serving is suitable for one person ( advanced ) , but for beginners , just share it with someone . there are two flavours , spicy and original . i prefer both . when i graduated from my highschool , there was one thing i regretted , AYAM UNCLE BOB . there's only one booth in trg , and it happens ro be right next to my school . how will i survive without AYAM UNCLE BOB in shah alam ? SHAH ALAM RESIDENTS , be happy , cause there are A LOT of AYAM UNCLE BOB booth here . haha . in pasar seksyen 6 , near jakel sek 7 in front of restaurant and ... that's all i can locate right now . if there's more , i will inform later . here's a view of this superb delicacy , enjoy !

MILO : from students' point of view

bismillah

i'm very sure most of malaysians , know what is milo and are very fond of it. there are various types of milo available here : milo ais , milo o , milo panas , milo dinosaur , ice-blended milo , kek milo etc . but today , i'll discuss about MILO KERAS . for students in boarding schools , milo keras is a supplement during their prep time at night , because it is not costly , crunchy , and easy to be made . we usually purchase milo 3-in-1 packets ( i prefer fuze ) and poke needles to it to remove the air . then we place it under a cloth , or wrap it with a piece of paper , and iron it to maximum heat . milo will melt and frozen to a milo stick , where the name is derived from . enjoy !

CAUTION : author is not responsible for any broken tooth caused by MILO KERAS . do at your own risk . thank you

Milo ais kaw kaw punya...!!

Assalamualaikum to all....!!

This time I want to share a simple recipe of my FAVOURITE drink.
Yes fellas, it's MILO AIS...!! (yeaahhh....!!) hakhakk...
Maybe you guys think, "ellehh..milo je kot...adik gua pun tau buat..."
Huh, tak kira! Nak jugak! Air milo sangat sedap dan lazat dan berkrim dan berkhasiat dan sesuai utk semua orang. So, biarlah!

Okay...okay...
Let's move on!
Cara-caranya ialah.....

Sediakan gelas besar punya! Tuang susu pekat manis n susu sejat.

Hahhahaha....

Tuang bancuhan susu tadi tu ke dlm blender. Masukkan milo dan beberapa ketul ais(saya ltk 9 ketul) sehingga nak sama paras dgn air susu. Kacau seketika sehingga ais sedikit cair (untuk kebaikan blender anda. Nanti karang gedegang-gedegang kang, siapa nk tanggung? It's you, of course! hoho...)

Muka main peranan! HARUS korang mengangkat tinggi sebelah kaki semasa acara tarik-menarik tu!

 tarik pakcik, tarikkk....!

Kalo suka, letak beberapa ketul ais kiub dan sedia utk di hirup..emmm..mm! Itadakimasu....!!

 GloOp gloOp.....ahhh....~

notakaki : minuman wajib setiap kali makan kat kedai. (kalau poket tebal laa...hikhik...)
